corrective action: empty out all ice, clean and sanitize all surfaces, especially front part and underneath the condenser panel. date to be corrected by: April 20)
Comments

Observed water leaking (from pop machine) and running into rear cavity of cabinet below including pop syrup conduit (full of water). Left unchecked this will continue to cause damage to premises and possibly stagnate and create an unhealthy situation. This should be investigated, fixed and remediated as necessary.

Cooling units all less than 4 C.
Freezers are good.
handwash stations all well stocked.
sanitizers at stations and sinks (quats) measured 200 ppm. ok.
