Re-opening inspection - premise was temporarily closed for renovations and upgrades. Premise constructed as per approved plan. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Food contact surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Small undercounter-style cooler will not be used and will be removed from the premise. Freezer was less than -18 degrees Celsius. Coolers and freezers were equipped with thermometers. All light fixtures were operational. Operator plans to re-open for business later in the day today. No concerns noted - approval to re-open granted.
