Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers at 4c or below.
Coolers are equipped with thermometers.
Temperature log is available and recorded daily.
Freezers at -18c.
Cream is stored in ice bath.
Ice dispenser is in sanitary condition.
All foods are being stored off the floor in closed containers with covers/lids.
Foods are organized and stored separately throughout kitchen and in walkin cooler.
Dishwasher reached 100ppm concentration for sanitize cycle.
Quat sanitizer found at 200ppm concentration in sanitizer buckets.
Rags are being stored inside sanitizer buckets.
Ventilation hoods are in sanitary condition.
Pest control is in place.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
Employee onsite has foodsafe certification.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms)
Employee bathroom is fully equipped and in sanitary condition.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure all deep cleaning is done on routine basis and all spills are cleaned up immediately.
2. Ensure to clean the external components of ice dispenser, coolers and large equipment.
