Routine Inspection
- Hand sinks fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers < 4 c
- all freezers < - 18 C
- hot holding above 60 degree Celsius
- Quats at 200 ppm (concentration corrected during the inspection)
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing temperature above 72 degree C at dish level.
- Proper storage of food items observed during inspection
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- foodsafe trained staff available

Bar Area:
- Hand sink fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Quats sanitizer available however concentration too high at the time of inspection. Always follow manufacturer directions when mixing chemicals and verify with a test strip. 200 ppm Quats sanitizer prepared during the inspection.
