Follow up inspection. Corrections completed. New water tank installed. Hot and cold water available. Cleaning of noted spills completed. Food protected from contamination. Old, poor condition rice cooker with duct tape has been replaced with new ones with clean, easy to clean surface. Freezer has been cleaned out and excess ice removed -good. New light covers installed. Washroom is organized. Staff and customer washrooms hand sinks are fully stocked. Recommendation - mount paper hand towels in the staff washroom so they are easily accessible. Facility in compliance.
