Follow-up inspection for JPAK-ATXUGP

1. Dishwashing sink with sanitizing solution in one of the two-compartment sink; detected 200 ppm of chlorine
2. sanitizer bucket present and have wiping cloth in it; detected 200 ppm of chlorine
3. hot holding unit lamp has been changed and holds food items at 60 C or above
4. overall sanitation of the facility now is clean
5. no food items left at room temperature to cool or thaw
