Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing sink is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. General sanitation is adequate. May require higher frequency cleaning at the cake decoration area (floor to wall junction area). All coolers at or below 4 degrees C. All freezers at or below -18 degrees C. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing cycle measured at 75.3 degrees C. Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strip. General food storage is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Reviewed latest pest control report on site.
