- Hand wash sinks for kitchen, staff washroom, bar, and public washrooms are stocked with warm running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towel
- Self-closing door for staff washroom
- Dishwasher reaches 100ppm chlorine, and 48 degrees Celsius at plate surface
- Standing coolers, sliding glass door cooler, beverage cooler at bar, and cook line prep cooler all hold below 4 degrees Celsius
- Chest freezers in back both hold below -18 degrees Celsius
- Foods are wrapped and covered in food grade material only; foods are protected from contamination
- All foods stored off ground
- Clean cook ware, utensils, and dish and glass ware are all stored on designated shelves, protected from contamination
- Proper air drying observed during inspection
- Cutting boards are clean, and cooking utensils are changed over regularly
- Overall sanitation is good
