Observation: Employees onsite do not have foodsafe certification. However, operator came to facility during the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one employee in operators absence is food safe certified. Ensure employees obtain food safe certification.

Routine inspection.
No menu changes. New menu pamphlet was provided to Environmental Health officer during time of inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot.cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walkin cooler at 2c and equipped with thermometer.
Insert cooler at 3c.
Back kitchen cooler at 4c.
All freezers at -18c.
Note: Ensure to defrost chest freezers on regular basis.
No hot holding units in operation onsite at this time.
Butter chicken sauce was being cooled. It has been cooling for less than 2 hours.
Recommendation: To avoid any temperature abuse, ensure to transfer butter chicken sauce to smaller, shallow pans and store in cooler as soon as possible.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration.
All foods are being stored off the floor.
All bulk ingredients are being transferred to containers with lids.
Pest control is in place. Last inspection was conducted by Apna Pest control on Feb 22, 2018.
No activity noted during this inspection.
Overall facility is in sanitary condition.

Note: Tiffan service is being provided. Customers pick up from facility and all foods are being stored and provided in disposable containers.
