Slivered meat in water observed to be stored at room temperature at time of inspection. Measured to be 20°C.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher measured to reach 65°C at plate surface. Staff stated it was because unit was turned on when inspector arrived. Dishwasher was turned on (Inspector arrived) at around 2pm, restaurant opened at 11am.
Correction: Dishwasher should reach 71°C at plate level whenever restaurant is in operation. Train staff to turn on dishwasher when arriving to start food prep.

- items in walk-in cooler and freezer covered
- items not stored in cans at time of inspection
- products not stored by dishwasher for cooling at time of inspection
- mixing bowls have been removed from food containers; metal scoop with handle now available

- dishwasher temperature measured to be 74.6°C
- handwashing stations all equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.

- professional pest control company contracted; A Plus Pest Control. Initial inspection and trap set up May 28. Expected to visit at least 1/week and on demand.
