Introduction

Licensing was on-site to conduct an unscheduled follow up inspection to the routine inspection #SWAR-BGKN4W conducted on October 2nd 2019. The Manager had responded to the cited contraventions by email. The following has been addressed: 14020 - Manager had applied for a temporary placement to address this contravention, which was approved. this child no longer attends 14030 - Staff exemption is approved for a staff schedule. 19090 - Attendance records are accurate and complete 19190 - All children's files are complete

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At today's inspection dated December 12th 2019, there were 5 children in attendance along with the Manager and another staff approved in the exemption. Discussed staff orientation and further staffing schedule in January. No concerns at today's inspection. Report reviewed with the Manager.
