This is the final warning -next citation will be ticketing. There are STILL many different chemicals beneath the bar handsink of which half the spray bottles are empty -you were told to get rid of all the chemical sprays not in use or empty in the last inspection Corrective Action(s): Use ONLY your approved QUAT-type sanitizer which you can easily obtain from your 3-compartment sink dispenser at >200ppm Violation Score: 15
