Corrective Action(s): Focus cleaning efforts for rodent droppings that are underneath/between pallets and underneath shelves. Continue to work with pest control company by setting up traps and glueboards. Determine any potential entry points to the warehouse.

Observation: Side door next to the bay door left open at time of inspection. Old/damanged food product packages, packaging and other debris observed.

Routine inspection: warehousing operation, no processing or repackaging.

Walk in cooler at 1 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C.

Pest control services reviewed. No rodents observed caught in snap traps at time of inspection. Thoroughly clean the warehouse of all rodent droppings, continue to monitor rodent population through regular inspections and investigate all potential entry points. Keep the side door the warehouse closed and close the bay door when not off loading or loading inventory.
