Observation: Food debris and grease accumulations observed on the underside the shelf above the under the counter cooler and table used to stored utensils such as forks, spoons, and knives.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the shelf. Ensure all equipment is maintained in a sanitary condition. Correct by March 25, 2024.

Routine inspection:

2 containers of "BUSH lemon yellow powder H6597" with manufacture of 11/2020 labeled as "for external use only" observed onsite. HOLD tags placed on both containers. Do not use or remove from the premise. Followup inspection required.

Dishwasher registers 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -20 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler at 4 degrees C.
Larger preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Under the grill cooler not serviced and not in use. Reminder, unless serviced and capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less, do not use to store any cold potentially hazardous foods.
