Contract has been signed up with a janitorial firm to perform weekly deep cleaning of the restaurant. All of the required cleaning tasks have been completed. The premises appears to be in much better sanitary condition. Back door is kept closed at all times. Plumbing leak under the double prep sink has been fixed. The premises has been de cluttered; no item stored on the floor at this time. Dirty tea towels have been discarded. Please keep the premises in this condition or better. *Install washable and non-absorbent back splash around the mop sink. (ASAP). Dishwasher final rinse registered 72.5 C.
