Observation: Cell phone observed being stored in food preparation area. Also food equipment and food items was stored with non food equipment.

Observation: There was a build up of debris and grime along baseboards of floors, behind equipment and shelving and also on the vent of the walk in cooler. Ensure all areas of the kitchen and storage area regularly cleaned and sanitized to maintain sanitary condition.

Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towel (ensure paper towel dispense in good working order).
Sanitizer (quaternary ammonium) was at 200 ppm used to store wiping cloths.
All cooling units were 4 C / 40 F or colder
Freezer units were -18 C / 0 F or colder
Hot holding units were 60 C / 140 F or hotter
Monitoring records (cleaning and temperature) were available and up to date.
Ensure cell phones and all personal items stored in allocated area away from food preparation areas to prevent cross contamination. Also de-clutter and reorganize storage areas, store food equipment, food items separately from non-food equipment to prevent cross contamination of food items.
