Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # JFEN-AUQW5P of Jan-05-2018 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Front sandwich cooler was 6-8 degrees C underneath and had water pooling in the bottom of the cooler. )

Comments

Preparation cooler has been repaired and is now maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Third compartment of sink measured 100 PPM chlorine residual for sanitizing dishes. Quat sanitizer expected in delivery tomorrow. Operator to switch sanitizer company. Some of the required cleaning has been carried out. Continue to clean area around cooking equipment. A new faucet has been ordered for three compartment sink. Plumber to install once it has arrived.
