General observations:
All coolers were 4 degrees Celsius
All freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
All hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
All cold holding units were equipped with thermometers and probe thermometers were available for testing hot foods.
Food storage practices were good.
Reviewed temperature logs - no concerns noted.
Per corporate policy, premise recently utilized a corporate online systems for monitoring equipment.
Storage areas appeared to be organized.
All hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
Food handler hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
General sanitation was good.
Quats sanitizers (dispenser and buckets for wiping cloths) had concentrations of 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
