Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-B4BTA9:

- The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at >24C at the plate's level. Chlorine test strips available. Please monitor the dishwasher daily.
- Daily temperature log is kept up to date. Ensure to monitor the coolers and freezers daily and take any necessary corrective actions.
- Surface sanitizer measured at 100ppm chlorine sanitizer and kept in clean condition.
- FOODSAFE certificates must be obtained by the end of September. Send all copies to the health inspector.
