Comments

-Discussed general maintenance with the manager on site. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests, pest control reports reviewed during the inspection. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. General sanitation was satisfactory.
