Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the foods in the display case ranged from 8-10 degC (Meat rolls and samosas). The thermostat indicated it was in defrost mode. Temperature recorded this morning at 9:13am was 8 degC. During the week, temperatures recorded ranged from 6-8 degC.
Corrective Action(s): The following foods were discarded: 7 ckn samosas; 1 beef samosa; 6 vegetarian samosas; 1 ckn roll; 4 beef rolls. Do not store PHF's in this cooler until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC and below. When recording temperatures, make sure the cooler isn't in defrost mode. If it is, wait and record temperatures once the defrost mode is over. Do not store PHF's in this cooler unless it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. Keep a sample for display only and store the remainder of the rolls and samosas in another cooler. Discard the display samples at the end of the day.

Observation: Two staff were working at the time of the inspection. Neither had valid FS Level 1 certification.
Corrective Action(s): At least one staff on duty must have FS Level 1 certification at all times. A copy of the FS courses offered by FH provided to both staff members.

Storage Unit #5 upstairs: Chest freezer temperature -18 degC; Danby fridge 4 degC and upper freezer -14 degC (foods inside are frozen).
True refrigerator temperature 1 degc; undercounter milk cooler 2 degC; Danby freezer -14 degC (foods inside are frozen).
Handsink's fully equipped.
Domestic dishwasher with a sanitizing cycle is in use.
200ppm Bleach sanitizer is available in a spray bottle. LABEL THE SPRAY BOTTLE.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
