Follow up inspection for F233369:
No cooling was observed at time of inspection but operator was able to verbally describe how to properly cool products such as curry: Ensure foods are not placed into coolers right away after cooking, follow the cooling curve of 60 deg C - 20 deg C within 2 hours while being cooled at room temperature. Then place the food into a cooler where the temperature falls from 20 deg C - 4 deg C within 4 hours.
Rice spatulas and bowls were observed to be stored on ice at time of inspection.
Cleaning conducted in between, behind and under cooking line equipment. Ensure regular cleaning is conducted so oils and food debris does not cake onto equipment.
