Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CN8T5C: Manager on duty stated a new chemical dispensing station installation request has been put in. Installation still pending. At this time, 200ppm quats is being dispensed into a container from the back area chemical dispensing station. Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. Kitchen staff continues to use 100ppm chlorine at the 2 compartment sink for manual warewashing. Followup inspection required.
