Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of inspector Sanitizer buckets were all at 0ppm. Upon further investigation it was revealed that main concentrate of sanitizer solution was empty. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Bulk sanitizer solution bucket changed out and all diluted sanitizer buckets changed out.

- Meat slicer has not been properly cleaned and sanitized from previous night.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are testing sanitizer solution daily.
Sanitizer solution needs to be tested as facility has water pressure problems which have been impacting sanitizer dispenser in the past.

Ensure staff are properly cleaning and sanitizing meat slicer including all crevices.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep frying lids placed on floor. Moved to dishpit area for cleaning.

Corrective Action(s): Find new storage space for lids. Placing lids for deep frying units on floor creates bad habits. No items that are used in food processing area should be stored on floor.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Rodent droppings and dead mouse found in trap inside electrical room and liquor storage room.
Door skirt for liquor storage room has small opening.

Corrective Action(s): Notify Pest Technician.
Clean rodent droppings up and sanitize floor. Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent.
Organize areas. Items should be up off floor to better inspect for rodents.
Door skirt requires replacement.
