- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available at hand washing sinks.
- The final rinse of dishwasher reached 73 degrees C at the plate.
- No signs of a pest infestation.
- Bleach solution for the kitchen area was made up during inspection. Please ensure this is always available for sanitizing wiping cloths. Bleach solution was available for the front serving station.

** Please return food to coolers or leave out small portions in ice to maintain it below 4 degrees C.
** Some deep cleaning required in hard-to-reach places under equipment/counters/shelves; especially along wall, around legs and the space between equipment. Some routine cleaning required on ingredient shelves and ingredient containers.
