Note: Premises manufacturers shelf stable energy drink for distribution nationally and internationally. Premise currently not in operation and is currently replacing flooring with epoxy based floor. Production room currently lacks a dedicated hand wash station inside aside from the bathroom outside of the air sealed room. **As room is currently not in operation for improvements, install a hand wash station inside the production room (aka lab) to allow staff to easily perform hand hygiene as needed without having to leave sealed lab. All equipment except for hoses are clean in place, hoses currently cleaned in place along with other equipment. No dishwashing sinks available in premise. Highly recommend installing at least a two compartment sink within production area (same level as lab but not necessarily in lab) for easier cleaning of hoses; this may be required in the future if food product line changes/expands. General observations: √ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted √ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in washroom √ Alcohol sanitizer available for sanitizing √ Equipment appeared to be in good working order √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory √ No signs of pest infestation noted Report not left on site but emailed to requested email address.
