Routine inspection:
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Stand-up freezer was not in use.
- Hot hold units were not in use. Ensure units are maintained above 60C.
- 200 ppm quats available in pails and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 84C at the plate level.
- Glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food stored off the ground and covered.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
- Hot water was lukewarm at the time of inspection. Maintenance adjusted the thermal stats and increased the hot water temperature.
