-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -13C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Storage area upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Front customer area bank cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen hot holding was greater than 60C. Food items cooked/reheated to greater than 74C and placed into hot holding well greater than 60C.
-Customer area hot holding of soup greater than 60C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm. Sanitizer pails are changed three times a day (facility open from 0700 to 1430).
-Deli slicer was clean and well maintained.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Food stored off the floor and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Food Service Manager has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training - Advanced FST 3rd Edition (Exp Sept 11, 2021).
