Corrective Action(s): Operator must ensure there are sufficient staff to provide coverage who have completed Foodsafe level 1 in the Operator's absence. Operator to submit plan/measures to ensure this requirement is met. -Cleaning has been completed in the back prep area to remove grease and dust build up from surfaces and equipment. Continue to clean up and remove any items no longer required for the food premise. Some miscellaneous items still noted on the floor. Floor should be kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. -
