306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: * Lower shelving and bases of equipment still grimy/dirty and unsanitary. Also, some areas under some food equipment still showing signs of build up of grime/debris and not cleaned regularly. Manager was informed that these areas require additional cleaning and more regular maintenance.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure proper rotation of cleaning/sanitizing done through out kitchen and storage areas to allow for proper cleaning and maintenance. There has been some improvment since last inspection however, there is evidence of build up in areas that require more frequent cleaning to maintain sanitary conditions

403 - Employee lacks good personal hygiene, clean clothing and hair control [s. 21(1)]
Observation: * Staff on site were not wearing proper hair protection/control and hair was not being contained to reduce risk of contamination of food. Manager reminded to ensure proper hair control in place(eg. hair nets) to reduce risk of cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure proper hair protection/controls in place. Currently hats worn but in some cases this is insufficient if hair is long and not contained in hat. Operator/manager told to provided proper hair control (eg. hair nets) for staff with longer hair so that hair can be contained properly thereby reducing risk of cross contamination of food.
