*Provide a papertowel dispenser for papertowels. Ensure that papertowels are located at handsink area.
- Cold Holding Equipment: ≤4 deg C
- Glasswasher: 50 ppm chlorine residual, Wash Temperature: 55.2 deg C (Minimum chlorine sanitizer concentration and wash temperature achieved as per unit data plate).
- Chlorine test papers available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Glasswasher maintenance log appears maintained daily.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm Quats sanitizer.
- Ice scoop and interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary manner.
- No pest activity noted.
