Comments

A follow-up inspection was completed:
- The faucet at the blender rinsing sink has been secured and sealed to the counter top. Water no longer leaks to the cupboard below the sink.
- The accumulated dust on the upper walls, especially above the ice machine, has been removed. The walls and ceiling are clean.
- The interior surfaces of the ice machine bin will be cleaned tonight.
- The dishwasher door spring had been repaired a few month ago by a service company. They indicated that replacement parts are not as good as OEM parts, and the dishwasher door will not close as tightly as before. Field manager explained that they have instructed staff to turn the dishwasher on and to exit the room as it runs through the cycle, to avoid harm. The dishwasher will be replaced with a new one, when the next problem occurs.
- The floors are scheduled to be mechanically scrubbed cleaned this weekend.
- All violations have been corrected or in the process of being corrected.

ACTION
