Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CGJSMC.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CGJSMC have been corrected:
-Rice cooker located in the front servicing area have been replaced. Rice cooker measured at 70.5C internal temperature.
-No frozen foods observed to be thawed under room temperature.
-General sanitation underneath the grill line, prep cooler, stand-up cooler satisfactory. Seams along the prep coolers along the sushi line observed satisfactory.
-Prep coolers measured at 4C.
-Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 operator on-site. At least one staff must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification at all times within the premises.

NOTE: Ensure weekly deep cleaning underneath kitchen equipment are conducted to ensure grease and food debris build-up are controlled. Daily cleaning underneath the kitchen equipment must be conducted within the premises. Ensure no potentially hazardous foods are left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
