Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Honey Garlic, fetticini, and BBQ sauces on the front prep counter are stored in room tempeture overnight. Internal temperatures measured at 14C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforemention sauces. Ensure that all sauces are stored under refrigeration unit holding at least 4C or lower.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza slicer has built-up of tomato sauce debris.
Corrective Action(s): Replace pizza slicer immediately. Clean and disinfect all pizza slicer in use every 2 hours.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health screening and documentation of all staff conducted daily. Occupany signage posted at front. NOTE: Erect sanitizer signage for all self-serve stations, indicate occupancy limit on COVID-19 plan, develop disinfection schedule for high-touch surfaces at the front and document the action.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm.
All cold-holding units met health requirements. Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pest observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
