Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in kitchen beside cooking line by back door has carts stored in front - not accessible.

2. Handle of ice scoop in ice bin in bar was stored directly on the ice as well a bottle was stored directly in ice that is used for customer drinks.
3. Container stored directly on top of frozen breaded food in walk in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): 1 & 2 - Do not store ice scoops or bottles directly in the ice.
3. Ensure ALL foods are covered to prevent contamination.
