Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine final rinse. Front servicing area do not have chlorine sanitizer available to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure at least 50ppm chlorine final rinse. Prepare sanitizer spray bottle for the front servicing area to measure at least 100-200ppm chlorine.

Corrective Action(s): All scoops must be outside the of food containers and not in direct contact with food. Do not use wiping clothes to cover food for reheating purposes. Corrected by: May 4, 2022.
