Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (in buckets and spray bottles).
Walk-in cooler and other line coolers registered at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer and line freezers registered at or below -18 deg C.
Hot holding for burger patties, chicken and gravy was at or above 60 deg C.
Dishwasher reached >71 deg C at the plate surface.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
All food items were protected from contamination (stored off the floor, covered and labelled).
No signs of pests noted. Effective pest control measures in place.
Kitchen staff wearing clean uniforms and hair nets.
Food contact surfaces were clean and sanitized.
Staff washroom and public washroom were in sanitary condition.
