All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Sanitizer bucket had 100 ppm bleach.. General sanitation was satisfactory.
