Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm bleach sanitizer detected in spray bottle. Operator says he changes the solution when it runs out, which takes about 1 month.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach evaporates over time so the solution must be changed more frequently. Recommend to change bleach sanitizer every few days.
