Corrective Action(s): Operator restocked all sanitizer spray bottle with 200 ppm QUATs at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): As soon as inspection begins operator reports that the sanitizer dispenser is not working. Operator have demonstrated he has been manually mixing the sanitizer and testing concentration with indicator strips every time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dispenser is serviced so that it is able to dispense 200 ppm QUATs at all times.
