Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed slicer had been recently used prior to inspection due to food debris on unit. Observed staff wipe down machine, unit was not dissembled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the slicer is dissembled after each use (or after at least every 4 hours of continous use) and removable components are washed and sanitized in the dishwasher

Rest of unit is to first be washed down with soap and water, Rinsed, and then followed up with a sanitizing solution.
