Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CXTRZE: > Ice build up on walk-in freezer #2 (front) is significantly less. Ensure to monitor the amount of ice and remove as necessary - significant ice build up may further impact the ability to securely close the freezer door and maintain its temperature inside. > Continue to monitor the sanitation inside walk-in freezer #1 (back). > No longer observed any opened packages of dry goods. > Facility now has separate buckets for sanitizer solution and detergent. Provided operator with info link on the dangers of mixing bleach with household cleaners such as dish soap.
