Routine Inspection - hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius - hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles. Quats sanitizer too strong at the time of inspection. Mix Quats sanitizer solution as per manufacturer directions. Purchase test strips. - pest control in place - food safe level 1 trained staff available on duty - self closing hinge provided on the washroom door - exhaust canopy was serviced in Nov,2018. It is due for another service according to the sticker.
