The food preparation area is very well maintained at the time of inspection - Thank you. Always stored wiping clothes in approved sanitizer ( bleach ) At least one food handler is trained and holds a Foodsafe certification. Keep your daily temperature log up to date Wear the proper protective clothing ( do not serve the food in the street clothes ) and wear the hair protection.
