Liquid soap dispensers have still not been installed at the following hand washing stations:

Corrective Action(s):
Install liquid soap dispensers at the hand sinks listed above. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

Observation:
1. 2-compartment prep sink (near walk-in cooler) has still not been sealed against the wall with caulking.
2. Adequate storage racks not set up in the dishwashing area, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer and dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Seal 2-compartment sink against the wall to prevent water damage or mould growth.
2. Install new, food grade and durable storage racks in the dishwashing area, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer and dry storage area.

1. Dough mixer has not been installed.
2. Ice scoop is missing from the ice machine.

1. Install a new dough mixer for the kitchen.
2. Ensure the ice scoop is stored in a designated container for the ice machine.

Follow-up Inspection:
Facility not in operation at the time of inspection as facility is still not ready to open for the public.

Under-counter cooler in the service station has been installed. At the time of inspection the cooler was not turned on. Ensure temperature of the cooler is maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Prep cooler (close to tandoor ovens) has been installed. At the time of inspection the cooler was not turned on. Ensure temperature of cooler is maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.

FACILITY IS NOT PERMITTED TO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL THE ABOVE VIOLATIONS ARE CORRECTED, AND THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO COMPLETED:
- Wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry ALL dishes before storing them in their designated storage areas.
- All construction material, excess cardboard boxes and garbage has been stored away or discarded accordingly.
- Dining area has been set up completely (tables and chairs set up).
- Kitchen is set up properly with functioning equipment, all cleaned and sanitized dishes stored in designated storage areas.
- All equipment is working properly.
- Ensure any fire safety measures are not covered with equipment or storage units.
- Grate on top of grease trap needs to be secured to prevent a tripping hazard.
- Ensure facility is completely ready to open before requesting a follow-up inspection.
