Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both sanitizer buckets were measured to have less than 50ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer buckets were changed at time of inspection; 200 ppm Quats detected.
Ensure to change solution (and wiping cloths) in buckets every 2 hours (or sooner if solution becomes visibly dirty).

Comments

- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink maintained in sanitary conditions. Sink drain plugs available.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder and were equipped with accurate thermometers
- All freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- All hot-held food items were measured to be at 60C or hotter
- Guacamole and sour cream held in inserts at room temperature were measured to be at about 6C-7C. Clean inserts are held in freezer to help keep guacamole and sour cream colder for longer. Time tracking records for these two items held at room temperature were available - good.
- Temperature records for all other items were also well maintained and up to date.
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted
