Deep freezer < -18 C Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle tested 200 ppm. General sanitation is satisfactory * Ensure to replace the bleach solution in spray bottles at least twice a week. * Monitor and record temperatures for all coolers and final rinse cycle temp for dishwasher at least once day.
