Make sure to check the washroom facilities daily for paper towels and liquid soap. Staff wash lacked paper towels and public washrooms light on several soap dispensers.
**Get a permanent paper towel dispenser for prep sink handsink.

Note: glasswasher noted at 200+ ppm chlorine. Only needs to be in the 50 ppm range. Also noted the sink and surface auto dispensing on the light side of acceptable range. Have technician check both and adjust as discussed.

Cooling units less than 4 C.
Freezer -20+ C.
Dishwasher at 75 ppm range chlorine.
