All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder, All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. Foods in hot holding unit were found to be 60 degrees C. or hotter. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Sanitizer measured 200 PPM quat residual in third compartment of sink. General sanitation is overall good.
