- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer present - Temperatures of refrigeration unit were adequate. One cooler that was at 7C was lowered to 4C at the time of inspection. - Low temp. dishwasher achieved sanitizing chlorine concentration of 50ppm - Observed moulds on the ceiling. The operator noted that the landlord has been informed and steps are being undertaken to do renovation. - Storage of foods is good - General sanitation is good - No signs of pest infestation
